You will enter in through the blue front door into the first living room. Relax in our cozy space, with original hard wood floors, arched doorways, comfortable blankets and wood burning fireplace. It also holds the coffee bar stocked with Keurig coffee maker and all the goodies to make yourself a warm cup of coffee after a long travel. We also have hot chocolate and hot teas available. Above that bar you will find a wine rack to stock your favorite wines, and available wine glasses. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook and season your dinner with. Refrigerator and freezer are ready to use. Ice is available simple turn on the ice maker to fill the tray during your visit. Filtered Britta water filter is available, along with all the silverware, cooking utensils, pots pans and dishes you make need. Dishwasher and pods are stocked along with basic cleaning supplies should you need them, under the kitchen sink. Off the kitchen is our 4 seasons room, with extra dinning space. You will find in the closet a bag game for the back yard along with high chair for little ones. It also has 2 heaters (an electric fire place and stand alone heater) and a cooling unit for those more intense seasons to make it comfortable to use anytime of the year. This room also has the entrance to the back patio where you will find outside dining table as well as couch and chairs, along with a charcoal grill. Plug in the string lights across the back patio and fence to enjoy a romantic evening, in our little oasis in the city. Back inside on the main level off the living room you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has a king bed, dressed in comfortable linens and comforters to help you rest during your stay. The bathroom has a shower/ tub with glass sliding doors, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of towels available as well as hair dryer and basic bathroom necessity’s if you happen to forget a thing or two. Down the stairs to the basement, you will find a workspace with a desk and an extra living room with TV, plenty of books, games as well as an air mattress should you need another bed. Washer and dryer are also available down there with dryer sheets and laundry pods as well as an ironing board and iron. On the second floor of our state Street house you will find two more bedrooms, one with two full size beds, and the other with two twin size beds, all with extra blankets and cozy mattresses. On this floor, you will also find the second full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, in the shower/ tub, as well as extra towels.
